First, we talked about STEAM means.
Then, we got to go outside and look at the fun surprise that was waiting for us...it was the STEAM Bus!! We got to look around inside & Mr. Adam told us a little about it. He turned a non-working bus into a SUPER cool bus that is full of different activities. It even has solar panels to provide energy to all the machines!!!
After exploring the STEAM Bus, Mr. Adams brought in some really fun activities for us to do. Some of us got to design a character for a video game using Bloxels. Others made different machines using Remote Control Machines. Many kiddos got to design paths for miniature Ozobots to travel on. There was even a remote control robot!!
LOTS of fun was had by all!!! The kiddos were super excited and we are all looking forward to next month's STEAM Club meeting. As a reminder, please remember to email child's teacher to let them know that it is okay for them to stay for STEAM Club each month. It is just a safety issue that we want to make sure that each kiddo is where they are supposed to be.
